Mmmm the food was extremely delicious. It could seem a bit pricey but totally worth it! We enjoyed their rumali roti, one of our favorites with two curries kali mirch paneer and Kashmiri chicken. Both of them were yummy. The service time was minimal, the ambiance is good. The staff was very friendly. If you are looking for authentic North Indian food in Dallas this is the place to go! I definitely recommend this place.
I am very particular with food, but Urban Tadka checks each point. The staff is very friendly. The food is always on point with taste, quality and consistency. I go out of my way to eat there. I have taken few of my friends there too and they have loved it.
Had a great foodie experience. For starters, we ordered the chicken sheekh kebab. Served piping hot on a sizzling platter and were good, not wow. Ideally , I would like them to be more tender. We also ordered the gobi paratha which was very good . Our main course was the , butter chicken and mutton rogan Josh. These 2 dishes were amazing and we really felt like we were back home in India . The flavours and spice level was just right. For dessert, we ordered the gajar halwa and it was perfectly done. Light on the sugar and richly made. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back.
Went last minute on a Saturday night with 3 toddlers and 4 adults. Owners took us in with open arms. Fantastic and friendly customer service. Fresh food (even going last minute). This North Indian restaurant is top three best in the DFW-area hands down. BYOB is a plus!
Went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday (party of 8). The food was amazing, staff was warm, friendly, efficient and professional. Even the owner, Mr Happy Singh who happens to be from Amritsar, came to thank us for the business. The place isn’t super fancy but nice. It wasn’t crowded, so we could have a nice conversation and also enjoy the food. Would definitely go back
